PDCA Endurance™

Plan. Do. Check. Act. Endure

Who Are You?

If you’re here, chances are you’re a lot like the person I used to be; someone who wants to move more, feel better and finally start the journey you’ve been thinking about or trying to start for years. You may have been the one who hid in the back of gym class, refused to take their shirt off for anyone and thought finishing a 5K was something reserved for crazy people.

PDCA Endurance™ content is focused on beginner or returning athletes with a focus on endurance sports.  Much of it is focused on weight loss and overall health.

Ideally you values:
– Progress over perfection
– Consistency over intensity
– Curiosity over judgement
– Sustainability over burnout

Content is written by a newer Clydesdale (overweight male) triathlete in his late 30’s so it will naturally be geared towards people in a similar demographic.  However, anybody who can find value is welcome to stick around, people who identify themselves as Athena athletes or back of the pack runners; people who feel too slow, too heavy, too busy or too new.

Your journey is personal and will encompass many years, I don’t expect you to find everything you’re looking for in any one place. I write about my journey which has been inspired by a number of other resources. If what you see here resonates with you, even a little bit, you’re more than welcome to take it with you and add those pieces to add to your unique journey.
